What MANA is

MANA is a business management workspace for freelancers: projects, clients, quotations, invoices, receipts, finance, calendar, and an AI assistant. MANA is a tool you use to run your business — it is not a party to the contracts between you and your clients, and it does not act as your accountant, lawyer, or tax agent.

Your account

You need an account to use MANA. Keep your sign-in credentials and connected sign-in providers secure; activity that happens through your account is your responsibility. Provide accurate account and business details — they appear on the documents you issue to clients.

Plans, limits, and billing

MANA offers a Free plan and paid plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Each plan has usage limits — such as monthly AI Actions, active projects, and file storage — described in the product and the FAQs. Reaching a limit pauses that feature until the limit resets or you upgrade; it does not delete your data.

Upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and refunds follow the billing policy on theprivacy & policies page. The Stripe invoice is the final amount for any charge.

Your content

The projects, contacts, documents, transactions, files, and messages you add to MANA belong to you. You give MANA permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the service — for example to generate PDFs, send emails you request, sync calendars you connect, and answer AI requests you make. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you add, including client information.

You can export your records at any time from Privacy settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data as described in the privacy policy.

AI features

The AI assistant and AI receipt import can make mistakes. Review AI-generated drafts, extracted amounts, dates, and categories before relying on them or sending them to a client. AI output is assistance, not professional advice, and you remain responsible for the documents and records you publish.

Taxes are your responsibility

MANA helps you prepare documents with VAT and withholding tax and shows simplified estimates, such as the 25% tax estimate. These are planning tools, not official calculations or filing advice. Confirm your tax treatment with a qualified accountant or the Revenue Department, and file your own returns.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use MANA for unlawful activity, including issuing fraudulent documents;
• upload content that is malicious, infringing, or that you have no right to use;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or circumvent plan limits;
• resell access to MANA or share one account between multiple businesses.

Third-party services

Parts of MANA rely on third parties: Stripe for payments, cloud storage for files, email providers for delivery, calendar providers for sync, and AI providers for assistant responses. Their processing is described in the privacy policy, and their own terms apply to the services they provide.

Availability and changes

MANA is actively developed. Features may change, improve, or be retired, and short interruptions can happen. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keeping your own export of important records is recommended.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using MANA and delete your account at any time; deletion is permanent. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, after notice where reasonably possible. Paid access already granted follows the billing policy.

Liability

MANA is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MANA is not liable for indirect losses — such as lost profits or lost business — and its total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for MANA in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If we make material changes to them, we will update this page and its effective date, and notify you in the product or by email when the change meaningfully affects you. Questions: support@heymana.app.
